Welcome to ProCore Construction Group. By visiting our website, contacting us, requesting an estimate, scheduling a service, or hiring our company, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Provided
ProCore Construction Group provides construction, remodeling, renovation, repair, maintenance, and related home improvement services. Services may include, but are not limited to, interior remodeling, repairs, installation work, maintenance work, low-voltage work, exterior work, and other construction-related services.
Any service shown on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not guarantee availability, pricing, approval, permit eligibility, or project completion without a written agreement.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Any price, estimate, quote, or project timeline provided by phone, message, email, website, advertisement, or in person is only an estimate unless confirmed in a signed written contract.
Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection or if additional work, hidden conditions, material changes, permit requirements, labor changes, or customer-requested changes are discovered.
ProCore Construction Group reserves the right to revise any estimate before a contract is signed.
3. Written Contracts
For applicable projects, especially home improvement work in New Jersey over $500, work must be documented in a written contract before work begins, as required by New Jersey rules.
The written contract may include:
- Customer name and property address
- Business information
- Scope of work
- Materials or allowances
- Estimated start date
- Estimated completion date
- Total price or payment schedule
- Change order process
- Cancellation rights where required
- Warranty information where applicable
4. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required before scheduling, ordering materials, reserving labor, or starting work.
Deposits may become non-refundable once materials are ordered, permits are filed, labor is scheduled, design/planning work begins, or project preparation has started.
Final payment is due upon completion of the agreed work, unless otherwise stated in the written contract. ProCore Construction Group will not request final payment before the contracted work is completed where prohibited by New Jersey law.
5. Change Orders
Any work not included in the original contract is considered extra work.
Extra work may require a written change order and may increase the project cost and timeline. Change orders may include additional labor, additional materials, hidden damage, customer upgrades, design changes, code requirements, permit requirements, or unexpected site conditions.
6. Hidden Conditions
During construction or repair work, hidden conditions may be discovered, including but not limited to:
- Mold
- Water damage
- Rotten wood
- Structural damage
- Unsafe wiring
- Plumbing issues
- Foundation problems
- Pest damage
- Code violations
- Previous poor workmanship
If hidden conditions are discovered, ProCore Construction Group may stop work until the issue is reviewed. Additional work, cost, materials, permits, or time may be required.
ProCore Construction Group is not responsible for hidden conditions that existed before our work began.
7. Permits and Inspections
Some projects may require permits, inspections, approvals, or code compliance from the city, township, county, state, HOA, or other authority.
Permit fees, inspection fees, engineering fees, architect fees, drawings, violations, or required corrections may not be included unless clearly stated in the written contract.
Approval delays, failed inspections, city delays, township delays, or third-party delays may affect the project timeline.
8. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property

- Securing pets and children away from work zones
- Providing water, electricity, parking, or access when needed
- Confirming ownership or legal authority to approve the work
- Providing accurate information about the property

- Responding to project questions or approvals promptly
Delays caused by the customer may delay the project and may result in additional charges.
9. Project Timeline
Any start date, completion date, or timeline is an estimate unless specifically guaranteed in writing.

- Material delays
- Permit delays
- Inspection delays
- Customer changes

- Labor availability
- Supplier delays
- Emergency conditions
- Circumstances outside our control
ProCore Construction Group is not responsible for reasonable delays outside our control.

Materials may vary in color, size, texture, finish, availability, or manufacturer specifications.
If a selected material becomes unavailable, discontinued, delayed, damaged, or increased in price, ProCore Construction Group may recommend a substitute material. Any price difference may be added to the project cost.
Customer-supplied materials are not covered by ProCore Construction Group's material warranty.
11. Warranty
Warranty coverage, if provided, will be stated in the written contract.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any warranty applies only to workmanship performed by ProCore Construction Group and does not cover:

13. Third-Party Contractors and Subcontractors
ProCore Construction Group may use qualified subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, or independent contractors to complete certain parts of a project.
ProCore Construction Group is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, inspectors, permit offices, manufacturers, utility companies, or other outside parties.
14. Photos, Videos, and Marketing
ProCore Construction Group may take before, during, and after photos or videos of work performed for documentation, quality control, portfolio, advertising, website, and social media purposes.
We will not intentionally publish private personal information such as full names, phone numbers, exact addresses, or sensitive personal details without permission.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProCore Construction Group will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost income, lost business, loss of use, delays, inconvenience, emotional distress, or damages caused by third parties.
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service that caused the claim, unless prohibited by law.
17. Disputes
If a dispute occurs, the customer agrees to contact ProCore Construction Group in writing first and allow a reasonable opportunity to inspect, review, and attempt to resolve the issue.
The customer agrees not to make false statements, false reviews, threats, chargebacks, or claims without first giving ProCore Construction Group a reasonable opportunity to address the concern.
18. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer disputes a payment after services, materials, scheduling, ordering, or work have been provided, ProCore Construction Group reserves the right to provide contracts, invoices, photos, messages, receipts, and work documentation to the payment processor, bank, or legal authority.
Customers remain responsible for valid unpaid balances, collection costs, returned payment fees, and legal fees where allowed by law.
19. Cancellation
Cancellation rights may depend on the project type, contract type, timing, and applicable New Jersey law.
Where required by law, the customer may have the right to cancel within the required cancellation period. New Jersey consumer materials state that certain home improvement contracts may be cancelled within three business days, with refunds handled according to law.
After the cancellation period, cancellation may result in charges for labor, materials, permits, administrative work, design time, scheduling, restocking fees, and other costs already incurred.
20. Licensing and Insurance
ProCore Construction Group aims to operate in compliance with applicable New Jersey registration, licensing, insurance, and permit requirements.
New Jersey home improvement contractors generally must register with the Division of Consumer Affairs and display their NJHIC registration number where required.
